Terms of Service

1.
Do not rush

Have patience, asking about progress is okay, but don't rush the project, if you want the best possible quality I need to be able to work at my own pace.

2.
50% Upfront payment

I will only start your order once you pay 50% of the full price, after I'm finished you will pay the other 50% and receive the finished product.

3.
I can't do 3D clothing

I do not have the skills to make GFXs with 3D/layered clothing.

4.
No refunds.

Unless I have to cancel your commission I will not do a refund, if you do not like the product I will be glad to make changes for you, but I will not restart the whole project and or give a refund.

5.
I have the right to decline a commission.

If I believe the project is too complicated I will decline the commission, if I believe the project is inappropriate/breaks ROBLOX's TOS I will decline the commission, if something comes up and I have to cancel your commission I will.

6.
Prices can not be negotiated.

I will not adjust my prices for you, if you order please make sure you can afford my work.

7.
Be clear

Before ordering make sure you have all the details planned out for your icon and or thumbnail. For me to deliver the best possible quality I need proper communication.
